PAN-MASS CHALLENGE

It is Pan-Mass Challenge time!  Please consider supporting Local 4 member Rick Lane on this year's virtual ride to raise money for such an important cause.  We all know someone affected by cancer.  Your donations help with important research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.  Click here for more information or visit www.pmc.org and search Richard Lane (ID# RL0183).  Help Rick reach this year's goal of $13,351.00. Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

Helpful Websites for Coronavirus Information

The UA has created a COVID-19 Resource Center located on their website at www.ua.org.  The CDC Guidelines for employee safety is located at www.coronavirus.gov.  Massachusetts updates can be found at www.mass.gov.

If you haven't updated your beneficiary forms recently, please take the time to do so.  Were you recently married?  Do you still have your ex-spouse listed?  The UA Beneficiary of Burial Expense form can be found here and the Local 4 group life insurance beneficiary form here.  Keep in mind the Burial Expense Benefit is to help whoever pays for your funeral.  If you have a trust, a copy of it must be on file at the hall. Return all forms to the hall.  If you have any questions, please call for clarification.
